A tram line stop less than 200 meters away allows you to reach Lyon-Perrache train station in around 4 minutes and allows you to quickly reach the various higher education establishments. Completely new, in a quiet location it offers a range of high quality services: indoor swimming pool, fitness room. You will also have access to parking, laundry and a cleaning service. Half board is possible, with breakfast service.
